CLEANING – Within the scope of cleaning services, the fan and card cleaning of the PLC and Drivers of your machines is carried out. – All PLC and I/O cards on your machine are removed and cleaned with a chemical solution. – At the end of all cleaning processes, the fans on the electrical panel are cleaned with air, thus facilitating the air flow into the panel. WHY SHOULD WE CLEAN? – Due to the dusty or oily working environments in your factory, the failure times of electronic cards are shortened. With the periodic cleaning performed by our company, these downtimes are extended. – By cleaning the fans of the drives, the passage of the air that provides the cooling flow in the drive is facilitated. RISK ANALYSIS – A risk analysis report is prepared for all machines in companies with program backups or maintenance agreements. – In the risk analysis report, the codes of the PLC, Operator Panel and Drivers in the machine machine panel are extracted. – A report is prepared regarding the production status of the extracted codes. With this report, the schedule of the products in your machines, whose production and sale has been stopped, is presented. – Another feature of the prepared risk analysis is that you can see the codes of all PLCs, Operator Panels and Drivers in your factory.
